First it wouldn't boot up, crashing on the loading screen but I've managed to get it to go into the project manager window where it isn't able to actually open any projects (new projects crash on a gray, blank project page no UI elements or anything.

This is a block for Moodle 1.9 and Moodle 2.x + 3.x. ... Three blank slots are added to each day every time you click 'Save'.
